"Job tracking started off okay, then totally fell apart"
At first I thought the job tracking was going to be fine, maybe just a little clunky. Then out of nowhere it became a mess. Jobs kept showing the wrong status, and half the time my updates didn’t even save. I went from trying to be patient to getting seriously annoyed because it made my day way harder than it needed to be.

The customer portal is straightforward overall. It’s sorta easy to figure out and does what I need without much hassle

"Jobber has made my day way easier. The..."
Jobber has made my day way easier. The automatic reminders and follow-ups mean I’m not constantly chasing people down anymore, which feels almost suspiciously convenient. It did take a little time to get everything set up, but now it runs so smoothly I’m starting to wonder if there’s some tiny office mastermind behind the scenes keeping my schedule in line. Either way, I’m not complaining
"I used the online booking and it was..."
I used the online booking and it was straightforward for the most part. Changing times was where it got a little clunky for me, though. It’s not bad, and it’s easier than... well, some other systems I’ve used. Just feels like it could be a bit smoother.

"Helpful, but a little pricey lol"
Jobber has been solid for us and definitely saves some time, but the monthly cost feels a little high for how much we actually use it. I just wish there was a cheaper option for smaller teams like ours, lol.
"The scheduling promises didn’t hold up"
We were told Jobber would make scheduling and dispatching easier, but it’s been the opposite for us. Jobs show up in a weird order, dispatch times get messed up, and our techs don’t always see updates when they need them. We still ended up calling people manually, which is exactly what we were trying to avoid. It just feels like a lot of promises that didn’t actually play out in day-to-day use.

Sometimes my texts just don’t make it to clients and it gets frustrating when I’m trying to keep things moving.

"Helpful on the go, but it could be smoother"
I use Jobber mostly on my phone, it does help me stay on top of things when I’m out in the field. I can pull up jobs, add notes, and check my schedule without having to run back to a computer, which feels like the right way to respect everyone’s time, mine and the customer’s.
That said, the app can be frustrating. Sometimes it loads slowly, and a few simple tasks take more taps than they should. I’ve also had jobs not show up right away, which isn’t great when you’re trying to be dependable and do the job properly. It’s useful, but I wish it felt a little more reliable

"Pretty handy, except when it decides to take a coffee break"
Jobber has been useful for keeping our jobs, invoices, and customer info in one place. Most of the time, it does what we need, and my team can find things without turning it into a full detective mission.
The fun part is when the app freezes or takes forever to load right when we’re actually out on a job, because apparently that’s the ideal moment to test everyone’s patience. It’s not a disaster, just annoying enough that I’d land at 3 stars.

"Support was quick for me"
I had a problem with my invoices and reached out to support. In my experience, they got back to me fast. It did take one follow-up, but after that they sorted it out, so I was happy with the help.

"Customization takes way more work than it should"
I was hoping it would be easier to make things fit the way we actually work, but the customization options feel limited. We keep having to come up with workarounds, which just adds extra steps and more work for everyone.

I gave Jobber a try for managing my clients, but it ended up making things feel more complicated. finding basic client info took more clicks than I expected, and keeping track of notes didn’t feel very smooth. some details also seemed tucked away in random spots, which slowed me down. maybe it works well for other people, but for me it just made my day harder instead of easier.

"Integrations are decent, but kinda limited"
Jobber works good overall, but the integrations feel a bit basic sometimes. The QuickBooks sync is mostly fine, but I still gotta double check things more often then I’d like.

I picked it up really quickly and didn’t have to spend much time figuring things out. It was straightforward, which I appreciated. I mean, not like it changed my life or anything, but yeah, it was easy to use.

Getting started was way easier than I expected, the onboarding just kind of flowed from one step to the next and I didn’t run into any confusing parts or annoying headaches along the way.

"Managing the team feels messy"
I’ve been trying to keep my crew organized with it, and it’s been a bit frustrating. Maybe I haven’t found all the right settings yet, but from what I’ve used so far, managing the team doesn’t feel smooth or clear
"Reports finally make sense"
Jobber’s reports have made it a lot easier for me to see which jobs are actually making money and where our time is going. I find myself checking the dashboard most mornings now instead of just guessing. It’s not perfect, and I do sometimes feel a bit ignored when issues or feedback don’t get much attention, but overall the numbers are clear and it’s helped a lot...

"Makes invoicing and payments easy"
I’ve been using Jobber mainly for sending invoices and getting paid, and it’s been straightforward. It’s easy to send one out, and customers can pay online without needing much back and forth. Sometimes it takes a little while for the payment status to update, which can be annoying when you’re checking on it, but overall it saves me time.

"Getting a quote is more annoying than it needs to be"
I just wanted a quick estimate, but the whole process took way longer than I expected. It felt like I was stuck dealing with automated systems instead of someone who could just give me a straight answer. Frustrating overall.
